It\u2019s always super satisfying to run our fingers through soft hair, but because of factors like\u00a0hair type<\/a>\u00a0(take coarse hair, for instance) or damage, our strands sometimes aren\u2019t as silky as we\u2019d like them to be. Whatever the reason, below are several things you can do to\u00a0add softness to your hair<\/a>. We’re excited to introduce REDKEN All Soft Mega specifically for severely dry, medium to coarse hair.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Condition your hair daily<\/h2>\n

By introducing moisture, conditioner makes hair silky and smooth. In the shower, apply it from mid-shaft to the ends, avoiding the roots, where hair is the newest. (If you frequently color your hair or have damage, feel free to bring the conditioner all the way up to the root\u2014just be sure to rinse thoroughly). For normal to dry hair, use\u00a0All Soft Softening Conditioner. If you have severely dry or coarse hair, use\u00a0All Soft Mega Moisturizing Conditioner. Overwashing your hair can strip your scalp of natural oils, which create a moisturizing barrier on your scalp. Instead, determine\u00a0how often you should wash your hair\u00a0depending on how quickly your roots turn greasy.\u00a0 If your hair is only moderately dry, reach for\u00a0All Soft Softening Shampoo. If you experience extreme dryness, use\u00a0All Soft Mega Moisturizing Shampoo.<\/p>\n

PRO TIP: Do you know the difference between All Soft and All Soft Mega?\u00a0<\/strong>All Soft is meant for normal to dry hair in need of softness and should be used on normal to medium hair types.
